Ingredient : Whole tippy buds of "dai Bai" tea plants
Origin : Fuding, Northern Fujian, China
Production : Hand picked 1st to 2nd flush downy buds. Slow, slight partial fermentation. Low temperature drying and setting. Non-rolled, non-twisted. No additives.
Character : Fragrant dry leaves and infusion. Mellow but fresh. Sharp but light and soothing taste
Brewing: 1 teaspoonful to 150ml of water at 85 degree C in 1 min
