2007 MERLOT
Our Merlot is a bouquet of mature berries and vanilla coming together to complete this full bodied wine. With a deep garnet color, our Merlot is a complex balance of toasty flavor and ripe fruit that pairs well with red meats and hard cheeses. Decanting will better develop the full aroma after a long aeration.
This Reserve was produced at The 8th Estate Winery in Hong Kong using grapes from
Washington State, USA. There are no added preservatives or sulfites.
